During my Thanksgiving stay at Eremo Della Gasprina, I was captivated by the stunning valley view, truly one of Piedmont's finest. While everything was delightful, the breakfast on the sun terrace was a highlight. Each morning, I savored the most exquisite croissants, a true culinary masterpiece. The superior room with its panoramic vineyard view and separate bedroom provided a tranquil retreat. The exceptional service and gourmet meals at the on-site restaurant added to the experience. An ideal location for exploring the area.
